Halo 5 is my favorite FPS ever, and happens to be MS’s gaming crown jewel.
WHY WOULD THEY ALLOW THESE PERSISTENT ERRORS TO CONTINUE.
Sorry, I just needed to vent.
It’s very frustrating, but it also makes me laugh because sometimes playing halo 5 feels like you could be using a Windows PC, because it just sometimes starts freaking out! Good old Microsoft… Gotta love em!
I’m surprised that others aren’t commenting on this - does the error only affect a handful of players?
I have the same problem. It’s weird because my profile is showing & my Spartan is doing it’s stance but req points won’t load. I always get a retrieving data message. My internet is good so idk why this happens.
343 Needs to address this problem ASAP ! I’m a paying customer …
I restart game and it always sorts it out.
Currently have profile retrieved but 0 REQ points and 0 boosts.
These error problems are getting to a level way above annoying… I haven’t tried anything today yet… Yesterday, can’t change spartan helmet, game crashes every time I back out to lobby and hit Y to check out reqs, sync errors can’t play at all, get dropped from game…DNF. Reboot xbox 3 times no difference.
Not fun at all… Between the sever crap and software bugs it sucks. Oh ya, “let’s try to figure out why the game population is going down?”

I don’t blame you, it’s difficult not to get your halo on when you have the time. I wish they would address these issues. I sometimes have to wait and restart the game to sync properly.
