Does anyone know what REQ pack you buy to get a ne stance and rotation?

Silver, Gold, and Platinum just like with every other item. Open Silvers until you have unlocked everything with a rarity of Rare or lower. Then, move on to Gold packs so you can unlock all the Ultra Rare, Legendary, and Mythic items. This is the most efficient route to follow.
