What is the list of items not unlockable through Reqs?

There’s Achilles armor, the Challenger armor (I think that’s the armor anyway),and the classic helmet packs and things like that that you have to buy

Just what I know so far (I might be missing a few):

  • Achilles set (be a member of a Spartan Company and complete kill commendations) - Challenger set and Halo World Championship 2016 emblem (limited time exclusive during the 2016 HCS Finals) - Timmy (accumulate 50 total hours of game time in Customs) - Olive and Compass emblem (have your Forge map added to matchmaking) - Classic Helmets (still available in the Microsoft store) - Beta Recruit, Star, and Prime emblems (play the Halo 5 beta and reach a certain rank) - Previous Arena Season emblems if you didn’t get ranked for the corresponding season - Librarian emblem - Counter Logic Gaming emblems and skins - Allegiance emblems and skins

Team skins, Achilles armor, challenger armor, championship armor, word of mouth br skin, used to be MARK VI shattered.

Are you asking which customization items aren’t unlockable from normal REQ packs? Or REQs in general???

Everything that’s not unlockable. But I think I got some pretty good answers now…

The emblems for getting to certain Spartan ranks. HCS team skins are buy only packs. Sticker shock weapon skins which were supposed to be a loot crate exclusive for a December crate but 343 did offer them as a special pack for money or points one time but I believe it’s not available right now.
