I just purchased a $20 REQ bundle and it is not downloading. I feel like of uneasy about the purchase and feel I need to be compensated for my loss of money. Feedback would be nice because I am not a high income person so when I use $20, I don’t plan too waste it.

Have you tried restarting the console and/or game? It may take a little while for the purchase to be recognised (my Warzone Req bundle did).
If it doesn’t work though I would contact Microsoft and request a refund, it’s not something that 343i can help you with.
