If you bought with real money then you’ll have your invoices / reciepts form Microsoft. Buying through RP? No history on that

I agree. They keep a record of everything else.
I recently had the game crash in the process of opening a gold req pack. Took my RP points but the transaction never went through and left me high and dry. A more robust transaction process with history (at least of what you opened if not what was contained) would be a great addition.
