Got my hands on some old Promo REQ packs and I redeemed them fine at xbox.com but nothing shows up to open in the game…
I’m losing out on 2 codes for various skins… someone help!

Have the packs installed on your console? Usually when I used a req pack promo code on xbox.com I had to download a small file for the req pack, try going into the Game store page for Halo 5 and see what extra content you are able to download, download it all and see if your req packs are in game.

I found in the past that some promos could only be applied once - like from that site where you had to watch 10 videos to get a REQ pack. Once you redeemed the code and got the pack, any further codes you redeemed would not grant you any further packs. Sounds likely that whatever kind of promo packs you have redeemed, you have already redeemed a pack like that in past so cannot get it again. That’s how the Warzone and Arena Bundles work as well
the codes were promos but they are for different skins etc…
maybe the game can’t tell the difference… i guess i’m SOL
