Just bought a gold pack. It took forever then said Unable to complete purchase. Went through my reqs nothing new but 10,000 points have been deducted. I call shenanigans.
They have been having problems all day with the servers. Hopefully everything will show up for you.
Agreed, things have gotten better for me, sometimes it took a little while for something to appear but it did, it wasn’t lost, hopefully yours isn’t either.
