REQ Preference Scale

Just a dumb idea I came up with: Put simply allow the player to adjust the percentages of the likelihood of getting a certain permanent REQ.
For example the permanent REQs are: Armor, Weapon skins, Embelms, and Weapon Certifications. They all be default have a 25% of dropping in any given Perm drop(probably not). Allow a player to adjust this balance so they are more likely to get their desired items. Of course, the minimum chance any REQ can be put at is 10% spawn chance; while rarer items(like skins) can only go up a few percentage. Don’t want it to be too easy.

Because lets be honest; the REQ pool is just too big and too much of a grind just to get one desired set of stuff.

That’s the point. 343 wants to extend Halo 5’s playability and longevity. Why else add the monthly updates and REQ system?
