I had 10,000 REQ points, and purchased a Gold REQ Pack. The REQ system took the 10,000 REQ points, and failed to complete the transaction for the Gold REQ Pack, while giving me an error message. Is there any way to get thus said Gold REQ pack in my Open Packs section, or is there any way to return thus said 10,000 REQ points added back to my REQ Points?
