any idea on how to get lost req points back? today when the servers were experiencing issues, i was double charged twice when opening packs with pre existing req points but did not receive what i purchased. i also won req points upon opening 3 packs but those were not awarded to me. i am at a loss of 50k req points. who can i contact on this? i spoke to microsoft and they were zero help and referred me to this page but there are no answers.
Things will likely return to normal once the current Xbox Live outage is fixed. You may need to hard reset your xbox for the items to show up, I would maybe wait until tomorrow to do that
