BTB wouldn’t be good because the games can last around 20 minutes.

Open Daily packs, sell all the contents. Buy silver packs, sell all the contents. (Best for armor farming and loadout farming, if you like the horrendously awful Warzone)
Play quick gamemodes. SWAT is pretty fast, apparently, but if I wanted to play Call of Duty, I’d go buy Infinite Warfare.
I personally preferred to grind out BTB matched. I had fun, and it was only 30 minutes.

If you’re going to sell a whole bunch of your REQs, I recommend the “Sell REQs” extension for Google Chrome.

Kills online customization though.
I recommend using it when you have a boat load of REQs, then removing it.
