You can claim your Daily Login REQ pack on Waypoint, which usually has 200 RP in it.
Also promotional events like holidays, anniversaries, and HCS events sometimes allow people to get free REQ packs, so be on the lookout for those.
Without playing H5’s online multiplayer, the ways to get RP are extremely limited.

The only way to earn req points is by playing multiplayer. To only exception is you can open your daily log in req pack on waypoint to get a RP card, it’s like 100 points and a few req items you can sell back but it’s not very many points you will get. So wouldn’t really be worth it IMO.
