Req points taken away from req pack error?

So I’ve been saving up 80,000 req points this whole week to buy the Spartan’s armory req and when I do purchase it, I get an error message saying that my req couldn’t open and ALL OF MY REQ POINTS ARE GONE! Goodness thank you 343 for screwing me over today

Thankfully you will get it as soon as you reset your Xbox, assuming servers are working. Check your skins under customization.

I wouldn’t blow 80,000 REQ points on that thing anyway; I bought two of the damn things with real money, and instantly regretted it. You’re bet off spending points on Silver REQ packs if you still need them.

Well even when I reset my box I didn’t see any new weapon skins in my collection. It ate my req points like the vending machine at my school eats my money. Thank you 343!
