To whom it may concern,
I’m encountering a glitch where as when I sell reqs for req points, approximately one out of every 10 sells, but does not give me REQ points. I have video documentation of it happening 4 times during the composition of this letter, about half an hours time. This has been happening for about 3 months now and is not specific to any one type of req. Can you compensate me in some way for the credits I’m missing. I don’t care what it is, as long as it’s something, even if you just mail me a sticker. If you need any info, as in Xbox, Xbox type, system, model number Just let me know. I’ve lost approximately 50 reqs to this glitch so far. I’m using an Xbox one x and it’s fully updated if that means anything. Thank you for your time and attention in this matter.
This bug has been in the game for a very long time, even I experience it myself. It’s not game-breaking, the game is taking longer than usual to process the transaction. Just play a quick match and your points should come through. Otherwise, perform the following if your REQs don’t show up at all:
- Restart the game from the dashboard - Hard reset of your Xbox - Restarting your internet router
