Hi there,
I had 10,000 req points that wanted to use to purchase a gold pack. I went through the normal process but got an error message saying that I do not have enough points to purchase this item. (even though I did). The points were deducted from my account but I did not receive the pack.
This was last saturday and I have checked to see if any unopened packs have appeared but nothing has been received.
Please can someone tell me how I can get the pack or points refunded, or who to contact to sort this out.

The only way you are able to get points back is by playing new matches! Hope this helps!
Doesn’t really help. It doesnt matter about getting the points back as such but would at least like to get the pack…
