Req Points in Campaign

So, back in Reach, when we used credits, not only could we earn them through matchmaking, but also through campaign, which to me, makes campaign a bit more fun. I’m just curious how players would think if a similar system could be implemented into Halo 5. In Halo 5, we have all these different routes we can take to go through a mission, which is created to increase incentive to replay the campaign. I know that the reqs we receive for killing AIs in campaign may be less than what we get through matchmaking, so not many players might even care to replay the campaign just to earn reqs. But since 343 took so much time in creating the story mode, with all these cool cutscenes and scenery, it would be a waste if players only experience it once, or just a few times. I think by implementing reqs into campaign would make campaign more fun, and interest players into replaying the campaign more, in my opinion at least. So, what do you guys think?

It would be cool if it was added but yeah the REQ points you receive would be far less than in Matchmaking. This late in the game I don’t think it would matter either way because most people who care already played through the campaign or already have most/everything unlocked with their REQs. Would be cool if Halo 6 had this from the start though. I actually just finished the campaign on solo legendary last week so I don’t really see myself going back to it just for REQs, especially since I have about 1.5 mil and I already have everything unlocked lol.

They should have campaign commendations and u could complete them to earn req points or certain armor, weapon skins, stances, or emblems

To me the easiest way to do it would be bring back daily, weekly and monthly challenges and tie some of them to score attack and award XP/RP for accomplishing them.

I think the XP/RP earnings from Campaign would be minor at best. Just stick with Social Arena / Warzone Firefight if you want to rock some sweet stuff out.
