I was playing a match of arena slayer. Going into the match I had saved up some req points, after the matched completed I received the “could not load stats” error and when I went to get some req packs and my req points were at 0. Is this happening to anyone else? Can I get these points back??
I tried closing the game, and then reloading it in case it may have just been a glitch, but they still were not there.
That literally just happened to me. Had the whole error retrieving game data thing and then 0 points in my store…
Same thing just happened to me also. I do hope I get them back.
The same thing just happened to me as well. Got the could not retrieve data and now my points are 0…I had a good round for once too.
Yep, me too. I was literally 500 points from a gold pack when it all disappeared after a warzone match. Wtf

Same here lost 38,000 req points and 40 scorpions, not to mention boosts, other vehicles, and power weapons. I am angry

Sign out of your Xbox live profile sign back in and give halo about 1-3 minutes to load your data (req points,Spartan rank etc). It should work as it did for me and other people i gave advice to.
So at my home, we play both as AfraidSteak452, and also a household guest GovernedOx73279. My son has played the GovernedOx73279 gamertag extensively doing Slayer Arena, and Warzone, and all his REQ points have been missing for 3 days now. Is there any hope or way of this getting fixed?

Does it show XP level 1? If it does reset your Xbox, the points should be there when you log back in.

Hello. I’m having similar problems. Most of the time signing out of xbox live and going back helps. But my req points come and go. I also got a message when purchasing a gold pack, that it couldn’t open it try again later. It’s listed in my open packs but tells me it’s already opened when I try opening it. Help please 
I’m also getting “req service unavailable”. When I’m playing Warzone it tells me it’d requesting my reqs… Rather frustrating as I’m stuck with stock loadout the whole game.
Since the release of memories of reach all of my req points have been deleted and when I finish a match I don’t receive the points I earned its permanently at 0 is there a way to fix this ?
It’s a known issue, currently being tracked in this topic at the moment. Bravo has responded that the team are aware.
