Req points an Req Pack sync issue

My req points and any earned req packs do not actually show up after games. I either have to play another game or back out of Arena/Warzone lobby entirely to the main menu. I realize this is a trivial thing but it’s annoying and I don’t understand what’s causing it.

Scenario: I start with zero req points and I play my first slayer match of the day. I win, earning me 800 req points and the Arena Daily Win Pack. So i should have 800 points and one pack. Both the req points won’t show up at all until I play my next game, where lets say I win again and earn another 800 req points, but now the new points won’t show up. After completing my second game I only show the 800 points from the first game. So as I’m playing I am constantly behind on what I am owed unless I back out all the way to the main menu.

Anyone else having this issue or know of a solution?

I am connected wirelessly to my router, have been since Halo 5 came out, but this problem has only been happening since I recently came back from a break about 2 seasons ago. My download speed is 200+ Mbps and my upload ranges from about 15-20 Mbps. My NAT is open.

I am wired with an open NAT, and the issue still occurs, but it fixes after I go restart the game. It doesn’t happen frequently, only when I get a sync error at game start up.

I read that it is something to do with the cloud.

Is there a way to test my connection to it or resync?

Yes. To sync end and restart the game. You can check your connection in xbl settings.

Is there no actual customer support for this game? I can’t seem to find it on the website, is it only through the forums?

It’s 343/MS having problems. Yesterday I got dropped from the first game I tried to get into. The second game I got into and played through the game. The 3rd game I tried to play I got a sync error and couldn’t play at all.
If you play a game, finish the game and back out to the lobby then hit the Y button to check out req packs the game crashes and you have to restart the game from the Home screen… Software Bug.
343 has absolutely no support!!!
Support for any of this you have to go to MS support and hopefully get help on the issue. Sometimes you can do a hard reset on the xbox and it will fix it.

I’m experiencing the same issue. Restarting does not fix it.

That’s correct, and the service isn’t that great, either. Forum members seem to answer more questions than 343i does.
