Howdy there everybody! I recently purchased a bundle of 10 gold req packs, when I went to open the second req pack it was seeming to take longer than usual and then the game crashed, when I restarted the game I didn’t have any req packs. The charges are still on my card, and I don’t seem to have any new requisitions. If anybody has any suggestions please let me know, I’ve been having trouble finding customer service.
Dude that sucks contact 343 if u can if there servers crashed during a transaction and then it doesn’t show up they should be liable for it
Try hard resetting your console.
