I’m not kidding! Every single time he cashed it in he gets these unbelievable req items. I cash in my request points and get crap every time!

EDIT: You’re a SR68, you’re not going to get good stuff (consistently) anytime soon.

I get the same. It’s what happens when you unlock every weapon and vehicle and power up certification. Those increase your odds of getting that item. And when you’ve unlocked every ultra rare and legendary certification, yeah, you’re gonna get a decent amount. But even after I had finished getting all of the Memories of Reach content, and was just burning through the my points on gold packs, I ended up getting one that had ZERO ultra rares or legendaries. Just rares and uncommons.
It’s just a random number generator. If you want to increase your odds, finish your REQs up (or silvers at the least).
