i like the idea of req packs but the loot system will be like destinys because of all of the unlockables in the game you will nev er find that one thing you are looking for and really the only way you can get permanats is buying golds.
Silver nets you 2 permanent, bronze a chance for one.
With gold, your guaranteed rare to legendary only.
