I have been trying to purchase a req pack bundle for a few days but when I click the buy option it loads for a long period of time until when “I’m assuming” the payment method window is supposed to appear then it completely stops the action. Is anyone else having this problem or can someone explain to me how to fix it?
When the 15 years pack came out I didn’t get it I logged on and it wasn’t there someone please help
Hey OP, are you trying to do this on your Xbox in-game? If so, maybe you could try on Xbox.com and see if you can purchase it from there?

I just tried this suggestion, thank you. However it must be a serious problem in their system because the xbox page to purchase the item is down too. I did however come across some other things I was happy finding, so thanks again!
I have noticed some authentication issues with Waypoint tonight, so perhaps there are some issues with Xbox Live right now. Hopefully they’ll clear up soon
