REQ packs took my money

I paid for the $15 req pack and then the $9 one, and it only gave me 3 gold packs, is there anyways to get my money back? or the gold packs?

Nope, there is nothing there. Thats $15 down the drain, thanks for the help anyway…

Im happy 343 finally gave me 14 req packs to make up for the ones i bought. But that doesn’t change the fact that i bought 5 additional req packs apart from the one i got with the version of the game i bought. Seriously im happy they made up 1 but that still leaves 4 more and thats cost me $100 so either give me my reqs or refund my money. Ill gladly send in my receipt. I bought all 5 on the same day and interned all five the same day. this is getting ridiculous. I love Halo and 343 but this is making me not want to even play halo. Please 343 get in contact with me i have the proof of what i bought.

I don’t know what is wrong with the REQ system, but I pre-ordered the HALO 5 GUARDIANS XBOX ONE BUNDLE and when I redeemed the Warzone REQ bundle, it only gave me 6 weeks of the 7 weeks or 12 REQ’s out of the promised 14 REQ’s. So please 343 please fix this issue, and give me my 2 remaining REQ’s I never got
