I got the collectors edition of the game and preloaded it and all the REQ packs. However recently when I go into where I manage the game the promotional REQ packs are stuck downloading at like 90-99% and it has been a whole day. I want to have them ready and downloaded before 9pm tonight. I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall but it still gets stuck. Any suggestions?
I have one like that too but when you go into the halo 5 req store here on waypoint- mine showed them all there and ready to open.
