So I’ve seen other people complain about this issue so I know I’m not the only one. I recently purchased a silver pack and two seconds after got the message “error purchasing req pack try again later” or something to the effect. My 5k point were not refunded and this is not the first time this has happened. Once is aggravating enough, no one should have to grind and then have a silver (or god forbid gold) pack glitches into oblivion. I have now had two bronze, a silver and even a gold glitched away from me and I’m so furious. Is it at ALL possible to be compensated for these? Because I’m starting to get really fed up with H5 in general. At least then I know 343 does listen to the little man, the consumer. Thanks
I haven’t had the issue where it doesn’t refund my req points but my req packs don’t appear. Have you tried signing out of your Xbox live account? It worked for me when I had a similar issue. I hope it works for you and I know the struggle of having that issue.

Update either sign out or quit and restart Halo 5, found the unopened gold pack in my inventory

either sign out or quit and restart Halo 5, you should find the packs once you do this
I’ve never had that, hopfully you can just restart to get it.

Had a company req pack to open once.
Game lagged out while I was opening it; maybe because I was in matchmaking at the time, who knows.
After the game, quit and restarted Halo. When I restarted, company req was still there and opened fine. So I second the “restart Halo 5” idea.
I’ll try that the next time it happens then
It’s just a mess for the most part, we all know this. In time hopefully it’ll be fixed.
