At first my REQ packs (A “Spartan Slayer Pack” and an “Advanced Promotional Pack”) wouldn’t open, with the error message “Cannot open pack” after about a minute of loading. When I tried a couple hours later it said I had already opened the packs, after which I restarted my console and checked again. When I checked again, the packs were gone and I had gained only 1 weapons skin. I don’t know much about packs, but I think I should receive at least a little more than just a single weapon skin from 2 whole packs.
