Hey so every time I get a gold or silver req pack I only receive req points, I don’t unlock the last couple items I need to unlock. It’s rather frustrating and I’ve spent a lot of money on this game because I enjoy it. But I don’t know what todo or how to get ahold of the company to ask them. Any suggestions would be appreciated though.

Wrong place to post (Here is the right place) this but I’ll attempt to answer, Have you tried buying Gold Packs to confirm this? If you have only Ultra Rare and Mythic left I think those are only obtainable thru gold.
Are they only emblems? Or Chief’s armor? Or some skins?
The emblems are weapon commendations. Chief’s armor,gen 1 and gen 1 scarred, are from MCC. So is helioskrill.
HCS Items are not obtainable anymore.
this happens to me as well i have 2 mongoose’s that i do not have the certificate and they will not unlock
If you’re only getting REQ points in gold packs, then you have everything and you can’t get anything else.
A lot of emblems are tied to commendations and rank levels and certain armors/skins are attached to achievements.

Open bronze packs…

It means you have unlocked everything you can with those packs the rest is either through comindations or achievements.
