purchased more then 100$ worth of req packs and never got any of them. contacted xbox support and they told me to post a new topic in this forum as it would be fixed here

Same issue just bought a bundle of 7 +2 free ones and they didn’t show…
I just bought the 15 + 5 gold pack bundle, it gave me an error and my Reqs didn’t show up but I was definitely charged. It’s only been about 45 minutes but I’ve hard reset and played a few games. Still nothing
bought 5 req packs and than an individual one and none of them have showed up. Been bout half an hour and resetting my xbox and playing other games does nothing. They say they dont do refunds, so id expect the actual product I payed for…
Just had the same problem, bought 1 gold pack and several silvers and nothing has shown up yet. it figure i would give this game another try and have something like this happen.

Yep it seems to be something that is happening to everybody who buys them atm. I bought the 7 plus 2 and didn’t get mine either. Hopefully they rectify it soon and it is just delayed instead of gone forever. Also does anyone else think it’s -Yoink- 343 doesn’t have a support email address? No offense to anyone on here but I would rather talk to someone who actually works at 343 instead of ranting to you guys who have just lost more money than I did.

Did you buy it today or yesterday? Try restarting your game or doing a hard reset of your Xbox. Users yesterday reported similar issues, but all the posts I checked up on later seemed to have eventually gotten theirs - either by restarting or just waiting a short time
