REQ Packs not showing up after redeeming code

Redeem REQ code on xbox.com but my REQ packs have not shown up in Halo:5
Xbox support gave me a support case #1355165879

they show the code being redeemed but referred me to you.

Already removed my profile from the xbox and restarted it.
Then added the profile back.
Already checred waypoint for the res

Next steps?

What was the code for? Was it for a REQ Bundle?

It was for 10 Gold Reqs and the bonus 3
