I purchased three Req packs and only one of them showed up for me to open. Does anyone know why this occurred and how i can resolve the problem?
Or does anyone know of whom I should contact? I contacted Microsoft but they sent me here.
Some req packs take a while to show up. Try a hard reset e.g. hold down the power button for 10 seconds.
