I was advised by Xbox Support to start a forum post here regarding REQ packs that have not been awarded to my account after they were purchased.
I don’t want to put all the details on a Forum post, so it would be greatly appreciated if a Mod contacts me.

Bump… Seeing as I paid money for these packs, and none of your “representatives” are available, I will keep bumping until a solution is provided.
Bump. I paid for services which weren’t provided. As this (343i) is a reputable business, I expect better customer service.
So, the next time you start up your xbox, go to My games and apps and go to the halo 5 icon. From there hit the start button on your controller and select manage game, you should be able to view any of the various packs that you have from there. If the warzone req bundle is there, know that the 14 packs are delievered in sets of two a week, meaning you’ll recieve them over a time frame of 7 weeks. If they icon for the warzone req bundle is not there, then the code for it has not been applied and downloaded yet.

Thank you for your response, but my purchase is regarding Gold packs, not the Warzone req bundle. I purchased 7 packs on 11/09 where all the transactions were not authorized (according to error message on Xbox One) but the money was still taken from my account. So, bottom line: the charges went through, but I was not provided the services. Therefore I need 343 to review my case.

I am in the same boat. I purchased a 7x Gold REQ bundle and received a message saying that the purchase could not go through. However, the money was taken from my account and I received an email from Xbox Live showing that the purchase did, in fact, go through. I have yet to receive any of my gold packs though. I purchased them on Friday, 12/18/15.
I seem to be having a similar problem I bought the 34 gold req pack bundle the purchase went through but I only recieved half of the req packs I paid for I only opened roughly around 15 out of 47 why have the others not appeared.
I bought the bundle yesterday on the 8th April

Once the req system is back up your packs should be there.
The req packs came back about 30mins ago my packs are still not there I’m not sure if the game servers need to be fixed first

When a customer buys all your versions of Halo 5, all the Halo Controllers and Astro Halo Headset spending over a $1000 in just halo products you would think a studio like 343 could be reached by phone when issues arrive with their BROKEN CODES… I paid a lot for my Halo 5 xbox one to get the FOTUS ARMOR and Emblem and to my surprise its saying Redeemed but Microsoft can not locate if it is on my account or if it is and why I dont see it to install as well as it is not showing in game? I am very upset that you cant trace my add-on code. I was the only one with access to it and it is supposedly redeemed to my account!!! I even had to send in photos to Microsoft to show the FOTUS card with code and why its not giving me the FOTUS ARMOR? i have all my proof of purchases and Microsoft says an Advanced req pack was added to my account but that is for the Astro Headset because in that pack I recieved the Astro emblem letting me know that was the pack from the Astro Headset purchase. They said my code is matching to “advanced promo pack” but the problem with that is thats the same description you get for the Headset pack… Why name all special req packs that have these specific items to say they are “Advanced promo packs” because now Microsoft thinks that the code I provided that should be for the FOTUS ARMOR; they say yes this code has been redeemed to my account and is there as an Advance promo pack but they are looking at the Astro Promo req pack that has the same name and I definitely did not receive my FOTUS ARMOR and Multiplayer Emblem. The FOTUS ADD -ON pack is not showing up to install on my Hard Drive and you should name it FOTUS req pack so no one gets confused and these packs in HALO 5 suck because of this… Rename the promo packs and if its the Halo Headset then it should say Halo Headset Req pack and for FOTUS it should say FOTUS Halo 5 xbox one req pack but this is a big mess and Im not buying Halo 6 after 343 cant even have a contact number to simply provide a working code and puts customers out of luck when they spent a lot on this franchise is just sad! I bought,
Halo 5 Legendary $250,Halo 5 xbox one $500, 2 Limited editions Halo 5 Games with Disc (x2 $200,) Halo Astro Headset $250, 2 Halo 5 controllers $140. I want my FOTUS ARMOR that I paid for with this special Xbox and its messed up I cant reach 343 about this. I will not support a company i cant even contact when there codes dont work and Microsoft does not know which Packs go with what special Promo and they think my Astro promo pack is the FOTUS pack but The FOTUS ARMOR nor emblem was in the pack i received and only the Astro goodies from my Headset purchase are there. Whoever thought to name all of the special req packs “Advanced promo pack” instead of the specific name of those items should be fired! On my add-on card from the Halo Xbox One the card says i will unlock the FOTUS ARMOR and Multiplayer Emblem, but it did not say it would be called advanced pack and it is defintely not showing up neither way. This has been the worst DLC experience out of any game i ever played and i played many games in the past 25 years!
I am a huge fan of the franchise and Halo 5 out of all the Halo’s has been a huge mess due to this defective req pack system. So far my FOTUS ARMOR and EMBLEM says my code is redeemed but does not even show up to install on my hard drive to bring into the game.
Also, My pre order bonus from Gamestop at least the code did register successfully for proper installation on my hard drive, but unfortunately it will not show up in the game at all. My Astro Halo Headset is the only pack that installed Fully successful and transferred to the game correctly given me the Astro Emblem Logo the same as Astro’s Companies logo showing that went through ok…
343, it is horrible that a customer can not call or contact you for defective codes and after I spent over a $1000 by buying all the Halo 5 products as well as multiple versions of the game please provide me with the correct codes… I already have a case # and Microsoft tried telling me to go back to the retailer… Really, what will Best Buy do about my FOTUS ARMOR add on now and it is 343 and Microsoft that made these codes, not Best Buy. If something is not working the way it should when A lot of money was spent on these products then you should make it right with customers and please give me a working code for my Halo Xbox One … I bought all this on release day, but since I work a lot I kept everything new until ready to play recently and now is my chance to finally dedicate time to enjoying the game. Also, the FOTUS add-on code I know others still could redeem there FOTUS code in 2017 and no where on the card does it say this add on expires, so I know that is not the issue. Now, I have time to enjoy, but before starting this game I want to make sure all my DLC issues are resolved. Add on bonuses are some of the reasons I got the Halo Xbox One and when the FOTUS ARMOR and Multiplayer emblem is supposed to get put into Advanced promo packs which are a mess I expect to get what was advertised! There is no way for Microsoft to see which Halo product The”Advanced Promo Pack” is from creating a very frustrating experience! My redeemed FOTUS ARMOR card I only have access to and supposedly Microsoft says they saw it on my account installed, but they are seeing my Astro req pack that also says “Advanced promo pack” I am stting here getting the runaround because it seems I understand this mess better then the rep did about your confusing named packs!!!.. Guess what 343, if I end up not Getting this FOTUS ARMOR after spending this much on Halo 5 I will never support any product ever again from Microsoft and I guess my lifetime of over $100k spent on Microsoft products doesnt concern you when you cant even have a customer care phone line to resolve an issue as simple as providing a working code!!! THANKS for naming all your specific item packs like the FOTUS ARMOR which is what the ADD-ON specifically titles it as, but for some weird reason you name them all “Advanced Promo packs” and how in the world do you expect a Microsoft employee to be able to help find if a specific pack was installed correctly like the FOTUS ARMOR because all they see is “Advanced promo pack” and it has caused a huge mess given the customer the runaround… If this is the future of DLC then I give a big Thumbs Down and this is the worse gaming experience ever!
