I was checking out the REQ Store and I saw all these REQ packs like Classic Helmets and the Greatest Hits Customization Pack. So once i saw that I started racking up the REQ points. However, when I opened the REQ store again… They where all gone. all the Packs that cost 80,000 or 100,000 REQ’s disappeared. It just went back to the original layout that was displayed with the Gold pack and Silver Pack, Bronze Pack, etc. and this was really annoying. any help as to why?
the 2 packs you mentioned were probably only there for a limited time. once that time period ended thy were removed again. I think that they were just removed from the store because the they were limited time offers.
This is intended. Special REQs packs become available for purchase using REQ points for a limited time. In the case of the Classic Helmet pack, I believe it was available for 1 week before going away. It will likely return again to the REQ store some time in the future. Until then, you will still find it in the Microsoft Store for $9.99.
