Req packs not opening up

Has anyone else had issues with opening req packs in Halo 5, it keeps telling me I already opened them even when I didn’t and I look in my inventory and I have nothing new, last night I contacted Microsoft on the phone and I did a lot of trouble shooting however I still run across the issue, last night I bought A 3 pack and for the last pack it kept giving me that error.

Yeah I have just had this too, I have tweeted 343 but doubt I will hear back. Glad I tried purchase it with req points rather than real money! Have you heard back from Microsoft or 343?

This is a known issue. Your items were placed in inventory, so you did not lose your points. Check your inventory here on WP or online.
