I’ve just gone to open a req pack or two and noticed that the real money pricing has been removed. Is this in reaction to the law suit filed against Valve and CS:GO in regards to paying money for a loot crate that uses a RNG is technically classed as gambling? And seeing that the game is aimed at a younger audience this is illegal? Or, is it just a screw up with the servers and normal business will resume soon?
If if the real money has been removed due to the pending lawsuit can players that have spent money claim it back from 343 and Microsoft? I personally haven’t spent a penny on micro transactions and I never will, call me old school but those items in the req packs used to be called unlocks, but those who have, and more importantly those under the legal age for gambling surely have an argument to at least pursue some sort of claim

Seriously?! I was planning on spending my Friday night spending money on req packs
Have they ever stated a date from when to when this promo would be live? Maybe the deal is just over?
Looks like a server glitch, why else would the “Only money bought packs” still be showing in the menu?
But who knows, could be that they are doing something to the system. Maybe they are removing the discount and need to update the prices back to their old one?

For real? Haha, sounds like daddy got mad that his kid was using his credit card to buy loot crates.
Huh, when you buy packs for points you don’t get the unlocks it gives you… Must be a server thing going on right now.
What? You can buy req packs here on WP. They are still on sale. They will probably wait for the supreme court ruling before taking any action.
The thing with CS:GO was an actual gambling website that people would gamble their skins away. Unless that’s not it then I’m not sure
Hey OP, may sure that your region is correctly set so you can see the sale price. On the bottom left of each page is a little dropdown (look for the globe) where you can select your region, same should be on Xbox.com. As long as it’s set correctly the sale prices should show, unless the sale has finished
I doubt its in response to the CS GO issue. That is based on people gambling and the fact the minors can gamble real money on CS Go. Aldo that blew up because of one popular CS Go player was caught promoting his own site. Most likely a server glitch.
