REQ Packs not appearing in "open packs" section

I am missing 3 REQ packs for Halo 5 beacause they did not appear in the “open packs” category of the “Requisitions” section in the “Spartan hub” menu. One REQ pack was from a download code which I imput and confirmed the download on. The other two I earned in-game, one as a reward and the other was a gold pack which I was charged 10,000 REQ points for. How do I get these REQ packs now? What do I do if this keeps happening?

Same here. Just bought a gold pack for 2.99 and nothing happened but I was charged.

I talked to Microsoft a few times and they said there is nothing they can do. They told me I have to contact the developer by either posting a forum on halowaypoint.com or through one of the social media sites that have links at the bottom of the halowaypoint webpage and they also said I could try reddit. Microsoft said if I try one of these things I might get a response from someone who works for 343. I am currently waiting for a response.

Microsft did say that if I had purchased it with actual money they might be able to help but since used REQ points 343 needs to take care of it.

Hi Tristin Blaze, are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried signing out and signing back in?

Yes Forum Team, I am still experiencing the problem. Yes I have tried signing out and back in. I have also tried deleting my profile and downloading it again as well as a hard reset. I am still missing these 3 REQ packs. I am afraid to play any further because I dont want to miss anymore.

So many people having pack issues. I wonder why 343 are not posting something official about this.

same issue here pre-redeemed several promo packs and still not showing up after all this time case opened with xbox and they are suppose to be working with 343 but to what extent?

I have been checking both “open pack” sections on the game and on the website and my REQ packs are no where to be found.

Same issue here except with the Memories of Reach Pack
