i just bought the x7 +2 free req bundle and my purchase never gave me the packs. I got my confirmation email of per chase at 11:11am but nothing. Tried reboot and reset but nothing. Not happy!!!
Check your REQs on Waypoint, maybe they’ll show up there
Yea this is my 3rd set to get and when I just logged on they aren’t there as well.

Just did this and they aren’t in there either.
Wow just checked here and everyone’s armor is black. Ha so is mine.
TO THE TOPIC:
If your purchase doesn’t show (Req packs that you bought) then has to be complained to Xbox.
Does anyone have an answer for this? or does anyone have a poc for this type of situation. It was purchased from the Halo 5 req store using my credit card.
I’m in the same boat, purchased multiple gold bundles totaling out to around 40 dollars and got an error message for the packs and was charged anyways. It’s been almost a week since I was charged and I’ve received no content. Absolutely ridiculous.
