Personally with the trade off of having free maps, I’m not all too bothered about this. I probably wouldn’t even need to buy them with the amount of time I’ll be playing H5G.
Still better than paying for map packs.
Totally fine with this, reminds me of garden warfare and as long as you can’t use the cards in arena it is all a okey.
I’m conflicted, at least we get free maps out of it. But, it could make warzone unbalanced if they provide a significant advantage.

No we need more details on these packs. Not in Arena sure, but what about other game modes? What playlists will be ruined with these micro transactions? 343 has dropped a lot of bad news on us and needs to clean up this mess tomorrow! I am also talking about not giving me a physical copy of the disc when I buy a $250 collectors edition of the game! Seriously need to make things crystal clear and also need to not make bad decisions.

Cosmetic skins go into the other game modes. Attachments go into Warzone only. LCE is shipping with a code for the game and it comes out a week early for pre install.

Free maps and the game changing stuff like weapon variants and stuff like that is only useable in Warzone.

Since it only affects Warzone, I’m fine with it.
I’m not a huge fan of microtransactions, unless they are completely optional. Since all REQ items can be earned without purchase, why bother? I love playing Halo too much to spend money on what may end up being just a pack of 5 Plasma Pistols. I am intrigued by customizable assasinations. This is something that I think I’ll spend way too much time enjoying.

Only a portion of the money.
10/10 I am fine with req packs being purchaseable being usable in warzone only, as in, the weapons and vehicles, cosmetics are fine in arena.

They are only in warzone, and dont affect anything else. Besides it’s easy to acquire req points in-game so it’s nothing to worry about. It’ll only help the noobs who can only rely on power weapons. Whereas good tactical players basically have it set since we can outsmart noobs. Don’t be so overdramatic
