REQ PACKS INSTANTLY LOST AND NO POINT REFUNDS

Hello, I’ve opened a Gold REQ Pack and it gave me an error message saying “Error completing your purchase”. Then I kept trying to buy it, then my points vanished. This happened once. Additionally, over 3 times, when trying to purchase the gold packs, my game crashed, after I restarted the game each time, the REQ items were not added to my account and my points were lost. This is a major glitch and I feel like I’m wasting my time playing now that I have no REQ’s that I should have… This needs to be patched, also I am requesting a refund for these packs, as this is a game-breaking glitch.

Am I able to get a refund please? If so, who may I contact?

Also it tends to happen after I play a few games.

The Mute all button is broken as well sometimes.

Sound gets disabled many times after playing skirmish on darkstar

The ones that involved the error message has been returned.
