I know that Halo 5’s Development is over but I think that it would be a good idea for packs only for helmet and armor w/ loadout items and weapon and (vehicle skins,if they exsisted ) and so on.

They do have special packs that rotate into the shop every once and a while. You’re still better off buying silver and then eventually gold packs though.
This is a good suggestion with some people still playing Halo 5 on the buildup to Inifinite and how some people now just want customisations for their spartan rather than unlocking all the loadout weapons or certifications
