anyone else having this issue? In the Spartan hub I can’t access any req packs, view armor, or make changes. I also am not able to exit out of a lobby once the game has started. After the match is over, it freezes on an image of my Spartan, counts down to the next match, but I am unable to back out or view stats. This has been really frustrating and I don’t know what to do. My connection is great, I have no trouble with other games, this is the only issue I have.

Try a hard reset of the Xbox, and if you own digitally reinstall the game if that doesn’t work. To hard reset hold down the main power button until it shuts off. This cleared the issue for me after a week.
Bonus for you, if it’s the same problem as I had you’ll have a ton of REQ points waiting for you if you played a lot in the last month. They should still accumulate even if you can’t see it. Hope this helps!

Hey man, thanks for the help. I tried all of this several times and no luck. Guess I don’t get to upgrade my armor anymore…
