REQ packs Good, Bad, Why

Title says it all, just curious.

REQ packs are fine. Roll for random stuff, some cosmetic, most one time use. The REQ packs are just to entice players to use money to purchase them, which for a micro-transaction is fine concidering if you use that legendary ONI Scorpion I can still use my low level Splaser or even Plasma Pistol to give you hell.

i like req packs because i dont knowb what im getting out of them. its like a game. that can either make you really happy or really broke, like gambling.

I’d like it more if I could use what I had offline.

I like them because they’re not essential and they help support 343.

Not a fan of REQ packs. The RNG on cosmetic items is annoying but tolerable. However, the fact that REQs give power weapons for Warzone means there is the potential for some players to pay lots of cash to get lots of good REQs (potential being the key word). And that is not good. To me, that is dangerously close to entering “pay-2-win” territory.

Praise RNGesus!!!

There`s cons and pros about them really depending on a players choices and views on them as well.

I’m sort of neutral towards them considering the other games I play are RNG heavy. Though, I am not as confident in buying a REQ pack in H5 as I would buy currency in other games. Half the Gold Packs I opened recently gave me nothing but junk.
