I bought the $45 gold pack bundle. While it was loading my unopened reqs, it stopped loading. I had no req packs in the unopened req packs and my Microsoft account balance was down 45 dollars. I tried resetting the game and I also checked to see if they opened themselves, but there were no new reqs. Please help me 343, I love this game and this will break my heart if you can’t do anything.
