I bought the $44.99 gold req pack bundle and it started loading them. It stopped and I looked, but no req packs were there. I check my Microsoft account balance and 45 dollars were missing. I payed for it and never got them. Please help. I checked to see if they simply opened themselves, but I had no new req items in permanent or weapons and such. Please help me.

I bought the Arena pack and a few gold packs only to receive nothing!
For god sakes read the posts in the forums guys. Xbox Live is having network issues so people wont receive their REQ packs right now. Xbox Support is really a beautiful thing…

Thank you for taking the time to look. It’s annoying because the forums get flooded with these kind of threads every time Xbox Live has issues.
