Can we get REQ Packs from playing in our Spartan Company?

No. Spartan company has no influence in game. It’s basically a new avenue of communication within the Waypoint forums. That’s it.

You get a REQ pack for joining a company that has 4 or more people in it. But the only in-game ties it has with Halo 5 is that your company name appears under your nameplate in the game. Hopefully they add company vs company playlists with ranks, just like how it was back in halo 2 (4v4 company arena, 8v8 company BTB, etc…)
Wow OK would have thought they’d have implemented them better. Shame really…

Just read Bonnies’ latest news post. They are getting lots of feedback, but it’s current purpose is just for extended forum use to schedule playdates and such.

Bravo said that “your Spartan Company name will appear in-game, just below your nameplate.” And “The team here has many great ideas for the future, and are looking forward to what you’d like to see from Spartan Companies, both in-game and on Waypoint.”

Future ideas means just that, they are not yet implemented.

Hopefully they are implemented soon. Can’t wait for epic clan v. clan warzone matches.
Good to hear they intend to expand on them. As others have said, there’s a bunch of things they could be used for.
Well I’m excited for their implementation.
Hopefully it will be implemented like they said so you can see who’s on and what they’re doing, that would be nice.
