I bought some req pack bundles last week and had several fail to open, when I tried to open them again they said that they had already been opened. Please help.
I tried getting in touch with you at the time of the problem but kept getting errors when trying to post on the forums. I found out that this is apparently the only form of customer support that 343i has. The issue has happened in the past when buying req packs but never with this much frequency.
Just looked at the recipes and they were on Monday and Tuesday, not last week.
