Good evening Forum Support Team,
Today I was part of the winning team on a Warzone Assault game on Dispatch. During the carnage report screen it showed that I had earned 2 Req packs. 1 for my Daily Warzone Win and another for reaching rank 82. When I went to the Open Packs screen it said I had no packs to open. I tried going through the Req section on Waypoint as well to see if it was a loading problem, but I got the same message here. Can you please find out what happened to my 2 Req packs?

For future reference
You won’t have lost any items. What happens here is that the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory. You need to hard reset your console to see the updated inventory in-game, alternatively you check for new items here on Waypoint: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/requisitions/categories/customization?ownedOnly=False
