i joined a spartan company and i got the notification for the req pack but never received it in game i have already restarted my console and waited a few hours before restarting it when i click on the notification it says you have no req packs
The first time you join a company you get the pack. If you were in another company before, then you only get the pack once. I have herd of people not getting to see the opening, but it does get added to your inventory. There is not much in the pack, so it could be hard to tell what you got.
