I bought a gold req pack. It took my points but didn’t give me my pack. Help please.
Try a hard reset on your box. If the pack is gone that means the items were added to your req collection. Unfortunately due to the glitch you did not get to see the contents in the pack opening animation.
I have done that and it hasn’t shown up. I know what i saw and have checked my collection. Nothings there
