I purchased a Gold REQ pack for 10,000 points, and got the error message that the pack was successfully purchased, but it could not be opened at that time, and to try opening it later. When I went to my packs to try opening it, it said “This pack has already been opened.” I tried numerous times and always got the same message that it had already been opened. I restarted my game to see if that would help, and found that the pack was completely gone. I searched through my collection to see if I got the contents of the pack somehow, but I’m certain that I didn’t. I talked to Microsoft support and they told me to post it here. Anybody run into this problem before?
Yes. Have you tried to open it thought this site on the req webpage?
I have had this problem before and sadly I never got anything from it

I tried opening the req pack on this website, as well as tried to check my inventory here to see if I got the items. I haven’t tried a hard reset though, so I’ll give that a shot and hope for the best.

I had this happen to me on the website before (when the last REQs were released and I was buying a bunch of packs). It still gave me the REQs but I had no idea what I unlocked. (turns out it was the new ground pound Spartan ablility and something else)

This happened to me…it was the best thing that ever happened to me in halo 5. I got a ultra banshee certification couple of sword wraiths. Some normal wraiths,3 scorpions, a oni Gause hog. Check your req collection. You’ll see some things that weren’t there.
