I bought a Gold REQ pack and received a permanent “Arclight” power weapon as one of my two permanent unlocks along with a helmet. The helmet now appears in my unlocks, but the power weapon is not in my load out. I have restarted my game and even waited it out a bit. Please help. Thank you.
